No, you must go to your assigned polling place.

You must vote at the assigned polling place. If this is impossible for you, you can go to your local county clerk or whoever handles the elections for your area and vote as an absentee voter.

If for some reason you can't make it to your assigned polling station, you will be issued a provisional ballot, which will be counted once it's determined that you were eligible to vote in the election.
