The present court in Iraq trying Saddam Hussain's case is too much biased if we view from any angle. Hence this case should be referred to the International Court of Justice.

First of all, it is not up to me to write bad things about Saddam Hussein, since the fact he invaded Kuwait only turned to be helpful for me in getting a flight ticket from Israel to South Africa for a reasonable price when I needed it (and historically, unlike Mad Albright, Saddam Hussein is known to be gratefull to people who helped him in the past). But since you have asked the question, then my answer is that it sounds reasonable for him to receive some sentence (even death by a shooting, as appropriate for a former head of state-not by hanging), but then he should be granted amnesty, as a reward for standing against the Bullshit father and son, as well as against Penis Clinton.

Well maturity of my head says yes he should be given a death sentence but if you look at it from an over all point of view how can we say Hussain is a bad dude for killing a lotta people and Bush is god for doing the same thing? Ofcourse thats only my point of view but in a way im slightly correct.

.
did he kill a lot of Americans and must he be brought to American justice for killing Americans .and who set him up in the first place why dont you check that out

or are you looking at this because he killed a lot of people ,where do you stop or draw the line

there are a lot of guys who killed far more than Saddam Hussein, and in that case the only people who are justified in passing sentance are the families of the ones he killed ,not some foreign power from across the ocean
so why not hand him back to where he came from.

No........US has no business to try and punish him......Already, they have crossed the limit and invaded Iraq.......Who authorised them to take this decision...Only Iraqis have the right to punish Saddam, if he were to be found guilty...

However, the biased court set up Americans has sentenced him to death.....Saddam, on hearing the sentence, has wished 'death to his enemies, read Bush'

Yes as long as the same applies to Bush for having the media people murdered, and his portion of the Iraq people, cause What Saddam did was no worse. And we invaded his land on lies.

Take example of Nepal, Brother of Nepal Naresh killed the all family of Naresh and killed many innocent people, what happened with him, can America punish to present Nepal Naresh.
