I'm going to go with the TC-88, since I think that's what your bike has. (99's have the TC-88 stock. If it not the TC-88, this ain't gonna help!)
On the left side, facing forward, under the fat part of the primary cover just below the frame is a small square "box" shape. It has a bolt in it. That bolt is the drain plug. If you are changing the oil yourself don't forget to change the rubber gasket on the bolt. It may look OK, but it will get torn up when you put the plug back in. Cheap insurance to change the gasket every time.

Which one? You have at least 3. Engine oil, primary chaincase, and transmission.

check in the manual that came with the bike... also FLs are different that softails so dont worry about looking at them for ideas
