Well, in human cells it's about 3 hours. There are 3 billion base pairs in the human genome, so that's around 1 billion bp/hour (depending on temperature) for complex prokaryotic cells.

Most bacteria can double every twenty minutes, so DNA replication would probably be somewhere of 5 minutes?
