There are so many different possible signs and symptoms, I'm sure you could find many online. In my case, I had a crampy uterus (thought I was about to get my period) I had sore boobs (same reason I thought) all my mucous membranes became swollen - my nose was congested, my gums bled when I brushed, my inner eyelids were red, my cervix was soft and mushy. I started sneezing, my nipples became incredibly sensitive, I suddenly could smell everything within a 5 mile radius (and it all stank), I couldn't eat bacon or pork, I went off alcohol, I started crying at Kleenex commercials, and I needed to sleep early. All of this, and my tests kept showing negative because it was still so early!!
Hope all goes well with you.

Sorry, but the only way to truly know is to take a pregnancy test. Either an over-the-counter type, or one from a doctor's office.

Here is a website with some pregnancy symptoms. http://www.babycenter.com/pregnancy-symptoms/

Honestly, the only way you'll know for sure is by a test. Sorry. I would take one as soon as you can. Take care.

Oh! Dear. The only thing I can remember is a different feeling around my nipples; almost like a slight pain. Other than that I don't think there is any way of knowing.
Good Luck and I hope you do want a baby.
