I did a quick search on www.bluenile.com-
There were no diamonds which met your exact specifications, however the closest was a .24 ct E color ("D" is colorless), Internally Flawless (a grade below flawless), Ideal cut. It was selling for $786.
A .26 ct Good cut, D color, Internally Flawless stone was $610.

Depends on the color...it can be colorless within a range of colorlessness.

I would say that a jeweler would sell it for about 800 dollars, maybe 900, and you could sell it to a pawn shop for about 250.

.25 carat? Maybe a couple hundred bucks. Depends on what you mean by "flawless".

You may want to search more than 1 store to find the best price for your diamond.

A list of some of the more popular online diamond stores with loose diamond search engines can be found here: http://www.diamondave.net/diamond-stores/certified-loose-diamonds.aspx
