There are two kinds of pneumonia. One's caused by a bacteria and the other is caused by a virus. The treatments would be entirely different. You need to go to a doctor and get the appropriate treatment started. One is more serious then the other (I can't remember which) and, unless you know everything there is to know about treating yourself, I think you need to get professional help for this one.

Chicken soup, plenty of rest and continue to get a moderate amount of exercise. I believe, from experience, the exercise helped bring fluids out of my lungs. I consider moderate exercise as doing regular chores around the house, nothing extreme.

Go for acupuncture. It's natural. If that doesn't work you will have to do antibiotics. Drink plenty of water and cough and deep breath. Keep warm and get lots of rest.
