I like either early morning runs or to lift at night, it also depends on your job, remember that when you exercise you destroy muscle that does not grow back until you sleep, so working out in the early morning is not good if you going do more physical work during the day.

Heard first thing in the AM, or last thing at night...........
.
I preferred the night because after taking a shower.I feel so refreshed yet so tired and can sleep like a baby while my body is still burning off all the calories from my exercising while I sleep.
