thats a good one. darksied can vaporize you by looking at you, but batman got away from it, so i imagine thanos could too. both are really strong..... but, i'm thinking i'd go with thanos. he seems like he'd out-brain darksied, and when you think about it.... darksied cant beat one orphan from krypton, (superman even stuck him in the source wall) but thanos has conquered the entire universe in the name of Death.
i'm going with thanos.
it should be interesting to see how exactly darksied was able to make a deal with superman in a "elseworld" universe and know about it in the regular universe though.

Once again it is Thanos against Darksied.
But now we are told to use ALL their resources and abilities.... So assuming that all their abilities and resources work I give this fight to Thanos.
This is because he possessed the Infinity Gauntlet. With it he can remake and reshape reality at his will. Darksied's analog to this is the anti-life equation.... which he has never technically used/ possessed in mainstream continuity. So Thanos Wins because he unmakes Darksied before the evil one can blast him with his Omega Beams. Not even all the Parademons on Apokolypse can save him....
{Plus Thanos once possessed the Heart of the Universe which allowed him to kill even Celestials [beings even more powerful then Galactus] with but a glance.}

It would be a stalemate. Both Darksied and Thanos are ruthless and evil. Both would be using their resources and abilities to destroy each other.
I don't see a winner in this conflict.

Darkseid would win. Thanos always lets victory slip through his fingers. In the Infinity series he always sabotages himself. It's like he is afraid of the power he wields. Darkseid is more comfortable with his evil and would use everything at his disposal to crush Thanos. Sadly, I like Thanos better. He's just a cool character.

Thanos is by far the craftier villain Darkseid usually works through subordinates while thanos plans well in advance. Darkseid is probably a little more powerful but in a battle Thanos would have a dirty trick in his pocket in case it went badly.
