go to control pannel then to add or remove programs and remove it

I did not quite understand your question.
I assume that you want to delete your Yahoo! GeoCities webpage. If that is the case, then click on the "Delete Site" button in the File Manager.
If you want to delete your whole Yahoo! Account including E-mail ID, first login to yaour Yahoo! Id and visit:
https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user
Here you can delete your account. But remember... you'll loose all inforamtion in your account: e-mails, photos, notes etc. So use this with caution.
