They would all say the same thing because all three only deal with the self. "Yes, lets go." The alter-ego might inform the more liked one that he asked too late because it is the alter-ego that sees more than self in the world.

The Id would say, go with the person that you really want to go with. The Id is what stems from the most basic desires that are sometimes unconsious. Therefore, if your desire to be with the person that you really want to go with is very strong the Id would drive you to want to be with them. The Superego would say go with the first person that asked you because you already made that committment and to back out would seem immoral. The Ego would be torn between the two, dealing with the contradictions of the Id and Superego's needs. Yet, since the Ego is reality and has boundaries set by the Superego, it is most likely, the good friend would be the choice for the homecoming dance.

The ID would say....Of course I will go with you, as you are the person I really want

The EGO would say...I'd really like to go with you, can I get back to you on that?

The SUPEREGO would say.... Sorry, although I would love to go with you, I already have accepted a date to the dance.

Id would say... maybe I can get lucky twice!
Ego would say... oh, good, I'll dump my friend and take the other person instead.
Superego would say... that's not very nice! Stick with the original plan, and ask the other person out for next weekend instead.

You must be writing this paper at gunpoint if you're asking here.
Id: "Go with the hot one, [friend] will be ok with it totally."
ego: "Go with [friend], he asked you first and so he gets to go with you."
superego: "You should probably go with [friend], but if [desired date] asked you too you might want to just go stag and give the both of them dances..."

Id : "You don't need a date anymore, you've already got one."
Ego: "Call and cancel with the friend, you deserve this!"
Superego: "That might hurt your friend's feelings."
