Blisters with a burn are very serious and not to be taken lightly. Blistering increases your chance of infection and permanent damage significantly! You need to see a DR ASAP!!! NOW!

Drink water and some tea with lemon and honey. Afterwards, take some cough syrup or a cough drop. Do this before you go to sleep everytime. You'll feel a whole lot better. If you smoke, drink, or eat spicy foods, steer clear of those activities in order for your throat to heal properly and quickly.

Eat a piece of bread, slowly and with small bites. This will help to cool the burn. Also, if your neck is swollen to the point that you are having trouble breathing, you should see a doctor.
