My friend and I are planning to take a road trip to CA and have a wild and fun weekend there but we don't know where to go. We were thinking Santa Barbara or Santa Monica but we are not sure yet. We are looking for a city where there's lots of bars and clubs.
We do have limitted budget. Can anyone recommend a good city to go to and have fun ?

San Diego has a great nude beach - Black's Beach - which you'll absolutely love.
Any city with a large college crowd will be cool for clubs and nightlife.
