Yes, I used to date a trucker many years ago. The best breakfasts that I ever ate in my entire life was at the Truck Stops in Texas. They know how to make good food!!!!

99 5/6 of all truck stops have the BEST FOOD by far! I have traveled around the U.S. extensively - not as a truck driver - and I make it a point to drive over to them wherever humanly possible. The service is usually AWESOME, friendly, nice, pleasant. I got to meet many very interesting people and the road warriers themselves, are the ABSOLUTE BEST!
I'm goin' 10-3 to be 10-7 for some black water and a Coke stop. Watch out for the bear in the air!

I could go on for hours about how much I like a good truck stops, their food and their company. You get to hear the best stories in the world too. The best! Now I'm reminiscing in my mind

I have and I agree. Breakfast just seems so much better at a truck stop. They know how to cook for the truckers who pass through there.

Only a few times and the food was great! The best part is that they usually have real potatoes and not just fries or instant mashed potatoes! The servings are a decent size too! A girl's gotta eat ya know!

not since Texas, but I agree. but not only breakfast, best chicken fried steak I ever had was at a truck stop outside Houston.

Breakfast seen the best for me, and at some, dinner is at times can be ok. also it makes want to eat at home more and wish i did
