My place near Sams Town is $600 a month. Hard to be safe & pay much less. Coral Garden

Depends on the area of the valley. Around the airport, check out the smaller buildings near Trop and Swenson, along Harmon and such. Inexpensive, but maybe a risky area.
Boulder highway near 95 has an extended stay suite hotel for around $200/wk. Next to Boulder Station Casino.
Otherwise, check out the paper and LV weekly mags.
Other short term deals can be had on Hotels.com. Usually you can find good deals except on Fri/Sat. Some as low as $17/nt.
