if you get carpel tunnel 2 much can that lead to tendonitis?

They are two differant things but since tendenitis us most commonly in or around the elbow it can be mistaken for carpel tunnel because carpel starts in the wrist. The tendons become so inflamed that the casing around the tendons can't expand with the tendons causeing pain and preasure. It can get bad to the point that the pain starts to travel up the tendons into the rest of the arm. Tendonitis in a inflamation thing but can come and go and can be treated very well with anti inflamitory drugs with good results. Carpel is a differant story, usually it means surgery to enlarge the casing around the tendons in the wrist so the tendons have more room. However as people are seeing now that surgery doesn't always keep the carpel healed. And some have to have the same surgery several times. My husband had the carpel surgery a few years ago and already he is having pain from his wrist to his elbow. Since the two problems go hand in hand with each other alot of people are trying differant things to releive the pain like magnetic theraphy which I have heard good things about, but so far the best I have heard if anti-inflamitory drugs.
