The fastest way is with a leaf vacuum, but they're so expensive, I don't know anyone who owns them, though I sometimes see the professional landscapers coming around with them.
I just bought a Toro Ultra blower-vac which is supposed to mulch 16 bags of leaves down to one. We're trying it for the first time tomorrow and I sure hope it works!

There really is no FASTER way.. The best way that I know of is just a rake... rake the leaves and put them into the garbage can and/or put them into a large garbage bag.... YES.. I know some say using a blower... I tried that also but raking is the easiest and fastest if there is a faster way

You had to get to the root of the problem. Cut away the trees. No Trees, No Leaves.

Use a gas blower, and depending on the size of your area, blow them in to a few, (not too many) piles. Then you'll need a roll of trash bags and one average size trash can , make sure your bags are 33gal. size or bigger. Then just speed rake them into the bags, and Shazam, your are finished.
