What is the best way to get a job in an international elementary school in Japan?

I am currently living in Japan and am studying for a masters in elementary education. I am also currently working at a public elementary school in Japan teaching English.

You really need to have a connection. Also realize that more schools are becoming more strict about University degrees...(i.e. they are checking them more carefully to see if they are fake or not).

Sadly, I think there is more than a waiting list for some of these jobs.
