personally ..I used to take protein shakes and they made me fart BIG TIME ..I would rather do that than be stuck on a toilet

Farting is far more convienient, because anyone farts for 3 weeks, heck, all their lives, just not continuously. If you pooped for 3 weeks nonstop you'd die of dehydration. So farting wins....
