Join the club, my friend! :o)

The best advice I've heard is to find an activity you enjoy that will get you moving. Exercise doesn't have to be boring workouts or weight lifting. It could be dancing, walking, bike riding, swimming, tennis or anything you would enjoy doing. It's also best to have someone to do it with so you stay motivated.

Ah Ditto!!!!!
I am the same way.
Get a friend to work out with you. The buddy system works well when you don't feel like working out. Procrastination does not get you anywhere but to procrastinate even more.
It's a bad habit to get into.
Set a goal.
Stick to it.
Have a friend pull you out of the " don't want to today" mode.

Start going to bed earlier. Who wants to work out when they didn't get enough sleep ?! Put the alarm way across the room so you have to get up & turn it off. Put a small piece of work-out equipment next to the alarm.

I have the same problem. For one thing, drink more water. you're probably tired due to dehydration. Next, just sit there and watch a work out video, or if you have cable, watch the fitness channel. at first you might not want to but keep watching and it might push you to try it out. you have to make it a habit and stay focused. there's no easy way to keep yourself motivated.

have a friend or family member make you do it. Tell them to not let you forget about it and go work out. Or work out with a friend make it more fun.
