Yahoo has a puter to phone service. But it only works well with a phone line high speed service.

You thought that was the best answer? Hopefully not. Sign up for YAhoo Phone Out. $2.50 a month plus minimal per minute - one to two cents anywhere in the world. Have to have Yahoo Messenger with Voice.

Yahoo and other messengers can do it but there a small fee like few cents check out this :

you can use skype. its should be free, but not for long.
