You've go a bit of a beatdownish deck going, but you need some more protection for your monsters, and your spell selection is terrible other than the staples. Also, cut down your deck size, so it'll be easier to draw cards you need. I'm pretty sure that at a glance it's more than 40 cards. I would take out Gilford and Chainsaw insect for 2 Blue-Eyes, because they fit your beatdown theme.

gilford the lightning - Not worth the three tributes for its effect.
chainsaw insect - Mehish at best
ryu kokki
mobius the frost monarch
silent swordsman lv5 - replace with mystic swordsman lv2. It kills facedown monsters without activating effect or battledamage.
cyber dragon - Put at least 2
skilled dark magician - Good for beatdown, but usually used for dark magician

Traps - Torrential Tribute, 2 Bottomless Trap Hole, 2 Sakuretsu Armor, Magic Cylinder, Ring of Destruction

dont listen 2 them, 1st I must say im impressed, beginners usually put strong monsters like blue eyes for no reason like me a few years ago, try geting a theme, dragons? warriors? insects? what ever you want then mIll say the same thing I say 2 every1, once u have chosen the theme, find a really strong monster with the same theme and add it 2 ur deck, then find cards than will serve u as back up in case ur strong monster fails,. after all of that its done, take ur deck and look at each cards and put the ones that u will use to attack and destroy like man eater bug, blue eyes, then do the same thing with the cards that will protect u like swords of revealing light, or sakurestu armor, trap hole, drainning shiel etc ;) make sure half of it is attack and half is defense, if that is correct well urm deck is balanced and if u have the right cards well ullb as goo as me

First, no deck should have more than 4 tribute monsters. Cyber Dragons are excluded because almost no one ever sacrifices for them. Second, the deck needs some sort of objective. Example, if you don't like attacking you could build a deck around doing direct damage to your opponent. Last, try to keep your deck at 40 cards. You have 45 cards and that's really the maximum you should ever have. I suggest you buy one of the Structure decks and go to a local card shop. Ask for help modifying it. Card shops are usually in the phone book under Collectibles, Games, Hobbies, or Comics.

Warning: If you buy more than one Structure deck resist the urge to combine all the cards you like into one deck. Most themes don't mix well with others.

your deck needs some focus. like, pick a type that you like (like dragons or magicians or fiends) and build all of your monsters and magic cards around that type.
