We took bananas and split the peel open (leave it on though) - pulled it apart a little and split the banana. Then put in chocolate chips, marshmallows (mini ones) and nuts. Then close the peel back up and wrap the whole thing in foil. Place in the coals for just a few minutes, and then carefully remove and unwrap the foil. You will have the yummiest dessert ever!!!!!

You can make a yummy peach cobbler. All you need is a good cast iron dutch over canned buiscuts and some sliced peaches. Spray some non stick Pam into your dutch over, layer the buiscuts on bottom, pour your peaches juice and all on top, Add about half a stick of butter sprinkle with some brown sugar and cinammon. Place the lid on oven. Do not place directly on fire. Pull some good HOT RED coals out of fire pit place on ground put your dutch oven on top of them and place a few coals on the top. This gets the oven warm enough to cook but not burn. The whole process makes your camp smell great and cozy and only takes about 30 minutes to make. I hope you enjoy this.
Another great perk is it can be reheated for next day and there is very little clean up :)

You can make mini marshmallow pumpkin pies. I saw it on the cooking channel once. It's similar to a s'more, except with caramel syrup instead of chocolate, and pumpkin spiced cookies instead of gram crackers. It's easy and great for the occasion.
