This is a politically-driven posting by you.
It intentionally misrepresents "abortion" to garner support for y our personal views and to seek a federal rule for something that, even now, is quite adequately dealt with at a sovereign state level.
Enough has been written elsewhere so that I need not address the usual points. I will only say, as a wag living in Europe where these issues simply don't arouse any public interest at all, that in places in the USA where abortions are easy to get, crime levels are lower. I have a feeling that violent anti-abortionists -- who support vehemently capital punishment and want to see much more of it -- really want to see more unwanted babies get involved in violent crime so that they can watch them being executed when they grow up!

I am pro choice to an extent. I think that if a woman choses not to have a child, she should have the right not to have it. Even when you use protection during sex, there's still a chance of pregnancy. To me, it's better to end the life before it's really started than for the child to try to grow up into a life that can't support it. The adoption agencies are full of children that need homes and having a child just to dump it some where because you can't take care of it. I think however, that if a woman wants to abort, it should be done in the first half of the pregnancy. She shouldn't wait that long to make her choice.

the popular Joe do no longer examine or persist with politics adequate to understand greater desirable. they are Republicans or Democrat's with the aid of fact their mothers and fathers are or the place. that's as much as us to enable them to understand that Obama, voted against each anti-abortion venture supplied in congress. Even the partial beginning abortion. some religions ideals count selection human beings as quickly as they take their first breath of air. as a result, they don't have self belief that aborting is killing a individual. Even people who have self belief this, could be questioned with the alternative of Obama, of balloting against the proper of an adolescent that stay to tell the tale an abortion of merciful humane scientific care. i'm professional-existence, yet i'm additionally professional-animal's precise, and once I see issues like this and that i do no longer see PITA, or the different team that hides in the back of effortless and a great style of the time stable reasons stay quiet... I commence questioning approximately... If for PITA a canine, or a cat is greater significant than a sparkling born toddler? once I see the lady's team bypass against the only lady working, I start to think of... Are they actually professional-women persons, or in basic terms the Democrats women persons? if so, they'd desire to make sparkling their standards out in public!

HEY SAM..........How are you this fine evening? In Brown V. U.S., which was a companion case along with the precedent setter(Roe V. Wade) there were no medical procedure limits set, I don't think, I am a Legal Writer, I've been trained to prepare briefs, as well as motions, to present to the court. So I follow cases that are gory or interesting, not necessarily in that order. I'm going to look for the one you've asked about. As you may know, Roe V. Wade was a monster in our legal system. I think that S.C.Clement is slinging mud, now I ask you, does what he's describing from his brief sound like a supervised hospital abortion? I've read a description of the procedure,(actually, more than one) Mr. Clement must be referring to a"back alley style" procedure, done in a back room of an antique shop, on the other side of the tracks. NO Sam.....I don't believe abortions are wrong. I think a woman should have that right........100%. Maybe this will help you......It's "walk a mile in my shoes" time. You....Sam......antha are seventeen(17), pregnant, the dude who's been telling you he loves you sooooooo much.....has suddenly got cold feet, you haven't heard from him, or talked to him, in two(2) weeks. You don't need a weather man to know which way the wind blows. Your family has money, what do you do? You graduate in two(2) weeks..........you've been accepted to the U of M........all of your dreams are coming true.........BUT............Nice talkin to you Sam.............LATER

It is sick and horrible. How can doctors say that the baby isnt alive or wont feel the pain when it is brought out of the mothers womb It crys doesnt it? its alive. Abortion is a sick way to kill a child that child done nothing and its killed instantly. it doesnt deserve this. Vote prolife. Because its the right thing to do. What if ur mother killed your bro or sister? how would u feel? than having to watch it live? i dont know about u but its sick and very terrible. if u dont want a child be bright where protection or dont do it. whats wrong with a adaption agency. Save the children. dont let them be sucked up in a tube . They've done nothing. but do what you wanted. plus the govt is pathetic they dont care bout children. Go against ur better judgement. The govt is usually wrong. The world is getting worse. Its up to u not the govt to make the right decision. Will you save the children? Or kill them?

absolutely... I agree with abortion to certain extents.. rape, incest, the mother's health.. but once the embryo turns into a fetus that is when the line needs to be drawn at abortion.. at that point the fetus is considered a baby.. and should not be aborted
Thanks by the way for adding in the gruesome method.. greatly appreciated that.. I should sleep real well tonight

Late-term abortions are rare and generally only performed for life or health of mother, or because the fetus wasn't viable.
What's wrong is someone trying to horrify me into letting them decide what to do with my body. What also is wrong is the way so many anti-choice people are also against measures that would reduce abortions, such as decent sex ed, access to affordable birth control, and health and economic care for mother and child.

All I'm going to say is that abortion is not an accectable form of birth control. I can't say it's 100% right or 100% wrong. But to say, well the government, doesnt provide people with affordable health care is ridiculous. It's not the governments job to take care of you, be an adult, grow a brain and work for what you need. And to say, well its just not that easy is stupid....
Answer me this, why should I have to pay for irresponsible people? I work, I earn my money and chose what to spend it on. If I want to spend my money on shoes and clothes, instead of health insurance and groceries, should everyone else have to suffer to buy me my medicine and food?

I can't say for sure when the fetus is actually a human being, but I'm positive that in the last trimester it is without a doubt a human. Late term abortions are therefore murder.

Yes late term abortion is wrong and it is very very rare. Most places you can only get an abortion in the first trimester, and I agree with those parameters. I don't think abortion is a desirable thing, and it isn't something I would choose for myself, but I believe in free will, b/c that is God's plan in the first place.
