Pokemon Fire Red is a remake of the original Pokemon Red, as Leaf Green is a remake of Green/Blue. If you liked the original pokemon games, you'll definitely like Fire Red. Here's what was changed...
-TM list is now the same as the Ruby/Sapphire list.
-Can trade with other 3rd-gen Pokemon games(i.e. anything on GBA and Gamecube)
-Most of the old RBY TMs that are no longer TMs in 3rd-gen(such as Rock Slide and Explosion) reappear as move tutors in certain locations who function exactly like TMs.
-Running Shoes added.
-Pokemon movesets updated and expanded.
-IVs and EVs now "run" on the 3rd gen system.
-Berries and other hold items.
-The Sevii Islands. Quite a big addition...seven new areas, including four chock full of Johto pokemon, and possessing a side quest. Also has a daycare center where you can breed pokemon.
-After you complete the Sevii Islands sidequest, the Elite Four become stronger and have a few new pokemon.

Yer animal crossing is heaps fun on DS i have it has heaps of kool and exciting things 2 do also there is a hair salon when you buy from tom nooks store and then over time the store gets bigger when the store is at its biggest it will have a hair salon and you can change your hair type and color i LOVE the salon :) also you can when you keep paying bak the loans your house gets really huge bigger than on gamecube and theres only 1 house so all ur files will have to use that one
