You get Home Depot coupons with a Change of Address from the Post Office. Of course you have to move first.

I opened a charge account at Home Depot and they gave 10% off my first purchase of up to 2000 dollars. This helped because I was purchasing new kitchen countertops. Lowes may do the same also.

I have never seen any and I have never heard of anyone getting coupons.. particularly FROM HOME IMPROVEMENT STORES.. Let me know how you do it
