Giving the feds money first started out as a volunteery act.

The tax code portion of the U.S. Code of laws has been held constitutional and in fact there are hundreds of court cases upholding this law. No one has won on the constitutional question. The only reason this argument is still out there is that there are people who make money off of making this argument.

Somebody has to pay those good for nothing Senators and Congressmen for those long Holiday weeks thay keep taking off.
