I am considering getting a psp and im wondering if it is worth it. Some of my friends like it and some don't, so i don't know wether to get it. Any advice would be appreciated.

Well its worth it I think, it can play songs, vids, go online, and ofcourse play games, so yeah, go and get one, way better then Nintendo DS.

Yes! It is really worth it.
I just got one for my birthday a couple of months ago and I really enjoy it.
Many people already answered why it's worth it. The Vids, music, internet, etc.

hmmm free wi-fi, location free player, some what of a great game collection....haha ok honosly it is a great media device but as a gaming system not really worth it for now, but as an extra gadget that can do everything else... must buy

I would buy one with caution. If you want it for its games, great! I would be cautious of its movies, as they make us change formats. For example, phasing out DVD's for the new blueray disc. Make sure its movies will stay readilly available. Enjoy it.
