Nobody wants to die, but if "YOU" join the military YOUR JOB is to go where you are told to go & do what you are told to do. This is NOT the Boy Scouts & this is NOT college. There are too many people who join wanting an education & NOT expecting to have to go to war. They joined the MILITARY & then they whine about having to do the job THEY signed up for.
Many join as a sense of PRIDE in their country & a sense of duty to give back to the country that has given them so much. They are NOT takers... They do NOT expect something for nothing...
They LOVE their country & her people & they are willing to FIGHT to keep her & sniveling wimps like you SAFE & FREE....

If you are a soldier then you made an oath to follow the commander in chief of this country, aka the president. Weather you think he is right or wrong is inconsequential.

When you join the military, you should KNOW that you probably will eventually be deployed. You take an oath to honor and obey, so if you can't do that then you shouldn't join.

Since military recruiters have openly lied to young people, I would say no. If there is a draft imposed, our Canadian cousins will have a rush of new visitors.

If I join the millitary of my own free will then yes I would HAVE to go wherever I am told to go. Once you join the millitary you do not have any choices of your own. You become a tool to be used.

our military is 100% volunteer no ones forced to join but if you do join you know full well that your job is basically to do what your told so whether you agree or not doesn't matter you chose to do what your superiors want when you CHOSE to join the military so yes i would go even though i may not agree to the idea
