I'm pretty sure he stated that if he died during filming he wanted his final moment to be shown on video in his final show.
If that is correct, I think it should be, but I, for one, do not wish to see it. I, like many, loved the man and his work and I'm not sure I could take seeing the moment he was taken from us.

Faith in humanity has been restored. I am glad so many people voted no. I feel the same about that.
Death is a private and final act that we will all expirience and should not be made public.
Would you want someone to post a video of you sitting on the toilet? How about what you left in there? It is much the same thing. It comes down to who did what and lets embarrass that person.
Steve is dead. It was tragic. Lets leave it at that. We don't need proof, ok?

Absolutely not! I've unwittingly seen JFK killed, the Challenger explode, and the planes hit the towers enough times that they are burned into my brain. I don't need to have a similar experience with the death of Steve Irwin!

that is a hard one. Im sure there are alot of fans out there that feel close to him from watching him on TV and feel they need some type of closure by actully seeing his death to believe it. I think it should be up to the family. From what ive seen Steve Irwin tried to show everyone ALL aspects of life. He even had his knee surgery filmed. I think its the familys descision

Would you like the video of the death of one of your loved ones made into a spectator sport? The public DOES NOT have the right to see & know everything.

Steve was my hero. I simply loved him and all he stood for. I feel that the video of his death should be or not be shown according to his family. They should have that choice to make. I don't think that I would want to see how he died, but there are those who thrive on that kind of thing. I think that should be the choice between Terri and Steve's father, Bob.

No. Steve Erwins misfortunate end was a matter of not if but when. Although i respect his strong views of saving animals, I think he was an atention seeker of the jackass kind.
Like the old saying.....
He who plays with fire will end up in flames...
However his death is not up for media critisism,
he left 2 children .They dont deserve to hear bad dad comments, etc........

No, why would anyone want to "see" it anyway other than out of morbid curiosity. I mean, we already know what happened and have heard/read the accounts in gruesome detail, why add visuals? Do you really think that's how he and his family would want the world to remember him?

No, I do not, its sad the way he died, and his family does not need that, they do not want it. So their wishes should be respected. Would you want your loved ones death put on public display?

No, if I died on tape(and was famous) I wouldn't want it all over and on tv so Steve probably wouldn't either... Its not a nice thing to do
