He is known for being a t*at and winding people up, getting them sent off. Imagine Materazzi but with blonde locks and thick Welsh accent. He was very good at this when at Leicester.
Also, he gives silly reasons when wanting to move clubs. He wanted to transfer out of Birmingham 'so that he could be closer to his parents in Wales'. Birmingham relented, but he turned down a move to Everton, which was near to Wales, and instead moved to Blackburn, which was barely up the road from Birmingham!
Needless to say, he certainly didn't receive a good reception when he went back to Birmingham...
