Why? Does that mean you aren't going to wear them if they aren't? Wear what you like! Don't be worried about whats "in style". Have your own opinions and express yourself, don't follow the trend, set it!

i dunno or care about "whats in style" LIKE OMG!, LOL. i care about what i think looks good, regardless if its "in style" or not. If you think im gonna wear what a bunch of designers and people think is cool, you gotta be kidding me. I am able to wear what i find attractive and what i am comfortable in, regardless if it is in "style" or not. As for cargo skirts, i dont find them attractive. (i hope i dont, because im a male) lol. But wear whatever you like. as long as it may not offend other people, with racial or any other sensitive topic that could require peoples feelings to be bandaged, or maybe you to be physically bandaged as the offended individuals may result to a physical form of retaliation, depending how serious the offensive comments/slurrs on your clothing may be. But i believe you are an intelligent enough individual to not be that foolish.

no, or at least they shouldn't be. don't wear something just because it's in style anyway. pick something that flatters your body. cargo pockets on a skirt mean the pockets are on the hips right? and cargo pockets tend to be bulgy right? do you want extra bulge on your hips? i know i don't. make the right choice

if its a micro mini then yes, they are in style, but if its down to the knee then definetly not. but pencil skirts are really hot right now. but no cargo pockets :D

They're not really a trend, but I wouldn't say that they're a fashion no-no or anything. Just don't wear one that's too long or you'll end up looking like the female Steve Irwin.

who cares if its in style, as long as its your personal style and you have the confidence to wear your style, then thats all you need. it will always be in style if its your own style. dont do something just because someone else says so.

They do exist except that they are extremely hard to find and most people customize them because the are really skorts, you can probably find them at Penny's or sears
