i buy alot on ebay and i will tell not to buy this it sounds like a store return so its probly defective and what i have read on there feedback the seller doesnt have that good of a track record so i still say dont buy but if you do dont be surprised if the item doesnt work

Ok for one you have to look at the Auction this way.Look at the Buyer rating this auction has 8179 sales and their percentage is almost 98 percent good.That right there tells you they are telling the truth about the auction.If you have a bad feeling about getting something used then you should not use any online site like Ebay or Yahoo auctions.The main thing you have to consider when using an auction site is their sales number and their buyer rating.This person to me seems safe.The only bad auctions if people that cannot wait a week to get their auction so they are mad.Just keep in mind an auction is only as good as it's seller.You have to consider 98 percent good out of about 8200 people is awesome considering the morons that are out there.If a person of this calibure is selling something listen to what they say it is usually true.Just keep in mind if you feel unsafe about buying stuff online you should not buy anything at all online.

he has decent feedback but I would look further..I do a lot of biz on ebay and even though he has high feedbak numbers he has more negs then I like and a few that did not leave negs but pos that you can see were not happy
so no...But its your cash and the deal sounds ok and it is used so you take a chance there anyway

Dont Ever get it..........its used..........for all u kno it could be broken.........i bought a phone on ebay that said mildly used but what i got was a phone that was driven over but a tank(lol)
no.. actually the keypad didnt work and the color display was all blue and......well no need discription

I would be cautious because it says that the item is used. Have you tried looking for a new one on Ebay.
