I love wrestling.I know it's mostly men but I still hope to be a wwe diva some day. People think I'm a tom boy just because I watch wrestling but I'm not. They should also give more credit to the diva's because they work almost just as hard.I don't think It should be amazing that females watch wrestling. I was instantly attracted to the sport.

I love wrestling but the industry doesn't put women in the best spot lights. Its almost "fantasy-like" with all the divas being kidnapped, playing manger or second fiddle to a male counterpart, the lingerie gigs, its all junk. I miss the days when chyna beat the crap out of the guys. You had tough women that were good looking but knew how to fight-now with all the tough chicks leaving-its soft again so yea-its going back to a mostly or all male sport. I wouldn't mind if they got rid of the Maria's, Candices, etc-the gigs now are old and just need to ride off into the sunset for now until something good comes back for women.

Me, personally, I love wrestling. I don't really think of as a male sport, but I think dis sport should be for both genders. Sometimes, females watch it just to see the guys half-naked. And guys watch it for the divas and half the time they don't even like wrestling! LOL! I watch wrestling for the entertainment and adrenaline rush. It's much better if u go to it live, though!

Ive kicked girls butts before that wrestled me, Ive also had girls on my wrestling team and she was in my weight class so I had to practice with her...totaly uncomfortable at first and you dont know what gose or dosent, but she knew it was the sport and said dont hesatate to sinch back that reverse half and whatnot as the situations came up.
The girls I wrestled were on another team before the year she joined and I kicked her but all over the place and she was in the next weight class up, but she did an illegal move and cried when they called foul and beacuse I was seing 3 of everything they let her go with the win...come to find out there were seconds left and I would have won by 5 points.
But Im cool with it. Nothing wrong at all, if anytthing, i respect them more for wanting to be apart of it. It is a brutal sport.

I don't care. I don't have the urge to bring someone to the ground like that.
When you think about it, you're extremely intimate with your opponent.
I don't think that women have the desire to wrestle professionally. We like to do it sometimes with bfs or friends, but not as a sport.

i love wrestling! there are plenty of chick wrestlers on the "amateur"circuit! you just have'nt seen them (i used to train with someone who was in my younger days).anyhow,as with any sport society promotes the guys,'cause the guys bring in the big bucks.it's not fair, but it does'nt bother me.
ps.women also wrestle on request at ppls homes, for big money.
