You are sooooo late. The feeding frenzy on that one died from lack of interest.

Do we have to go through this again.
Please go to the link below. It ain't just Democrats.
The fact is there are several Republican saying they know what Kerry was trying to say was a joke about Bush being dumb. Here is a link to the transcripts from the Chris Mathews show.

Read the Dick Armey quotes. No friend of the Democrats. Very revealing.
The best quote I read about the whole thing was in another article. "Is the White House too stupid to know he was making a joke about them being stupid"
Who really cares what John Kerry says anyway. Does that have anything to do with anyone you're voting for? The Republicans want to get everyone fired up over this to take away from the issues. It's pretty sleazy politics and both sides do it.

It wasn't a slam on the troops in Iraq! It was a slam on how people get there!
"neglected their education they might "get stuck in Iraq"." That is the reality how a lot of people end up in the service, it was also a way to stay out of the war in Vietnam!
I find nothing wrong with his statement other than you misquote him! He actually said:
""You know, education, if you make the most of it, you study hard, you do your homework and you make an effort to be smart, you can do well."
He added: "If you don't you get stuck in Iraq." "
Bush won't admit any error in sending troops to illegally attack Iraq, much less apologize to the servicemen in Iraq he hurt! Even if he could he couldn't.
They are dead.!

I think you should actually research the facts before making stupid assertions and willingly submitting to someone elses spin (ie the white house and fox news). Did you ever read the entirety of the quote? Or did you just isolate the 11 second soundbite because the whole thing was too much for you to handle. Isolating a soundbite, spinning it to mean what you want and feigning moral outrage, c'mon you really need to be smarter than that.

As a former Marine I say yes, most do. Liberals believe in cutting spending for the military, cutting the number of troops, and John Kerry has reaffirmed this with his voting record (along with Nancy Pelosi and many other liberals) His comments were typical of his bad mouthing the US military and it goes back to the 1970's He will never change or issue a heart felt apology!!! Kerry is a disgrace!!!!

Kerry made a botched joke. He was attempting to make fun of the president by saying that if your weren't educated you would invade Iraq (check his speech online, its all right there) He messed up a joke, and yet the Republican media is turning it into something that it's not. Bush has botched a war, and yet people still loyally support him. Kerry never said he hated the troops, he only wanted to say he didn't like the president. Get it right people.

He was talking about Bush and if you bothered to listen to just the immediately preceding sentence in Kerry’s statement you would know that to be true. I like the interpretation that Bush is so stupid he did not know that Kerry was making a joke about how stupid Bush is.

That guy is a walking time-bomb and should be thrown out of office and prosecuted for what he did to the P.O.W.s in Vietnam . Many captured men suffered years and years of torture at John Kerry's lies . You would think a normal man would be bothered by that notion . Kerry is honored by the enemy who tortured our P.O.W.'s in their "War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City-as one of the heroes who helped Vietnam win against America . Our brave troops in harms way in Iraq shouldn't have to be distracted by that ogre's insults . Everyone of them has more brains in their eyebrows than John Kerry .

Too bad Gore didn't win in 2000. The military wouldn't have gotten stuck in Iraq.
