i know just how toopen lod on an dsend emails so please give me little break ,,,, when i try to upgrade to wndows SP2 it said that i have not enough space in C to download and maybe corrupted it and run it is this C part of the hard drive i defrangmentd took thing out only remaining things are the essentials to opreate the system where is it located in my laptop thanks

Go to Start->run then type in chkdsk and press enter. Something should pop up. If it says you have no space, then delete some of the bigger files you have. Also, get SP2 from Microsoft only, as some people put in viruses and other crap.

It's saying your hard drive is way too full. Either you have a REALLY small hard drive or your hard drive is almost full. You should go to start menu>control panel>add/remove programs and remove programs you're not using. BUT ONLY REMOVE the ones you are familiar with. If you don't know what it is, DONT remove it.
