They are all great bands I would have to throw in Styx, Journey, Ratt, Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Poison, and that is just Rock and Roll. There are alot of great Country Bands out there: Alabama, The Oak Ridge Boys, Brooks and Dunn, and that is just to name a few. I like your choices too, I am a huge fan of Lynyrd Skynrd and Guns n' Roses.

Ever is a long time, honey. Skynrd is alright, but the Allman Brothers were much better. GnR...yeah, sure, whatever. Zeppelin was better. AC/DC? Give me some Black Sabbath and Deep Purple, I'll be more entertained, for longer.
A group like the Rolling Stones, with such a huge catalogue is really hard to ignore. GnR did what? Two albums? Music is such a subjective taste, all your choices are probably fine, but EVER is a very long time.

I'd have to throw Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix in there, but the rest are great!

Nope, I don't agree either.
They are great bands, don't get me wrong, love all three, but I cannot say they are the best ever.
