If only your name is on the contract you can do whatever you want with it because it is your's. She doesn't own it if HER name isn't on it so she can't give or sell it to anyone.

a) Contact the firm to see if they have a refund/w discount policy.
b) If you are still paying on the contract, ask to have the money.
c) If you are uncomfortable with her sale, as to purchase it.
d) Remember - you are not going to know when its your turn.
e) sell it.

if your name is on the contract then they belong to you, and if they were not part of the divorce agreement they are yours to do as you wish with.
