What made you cheat in the first place? I mean if your tired of the one you were cheating on, why not just break it off and move on? Seems like the grown up thing to do. I never have understood dipsticks that cheat.

What happens in the dark will come to the light eventually. Would you want to be the one to tell her, or have her find out from another source. That choice is completely on you. Personally, I walked out on my marriage because of cheating, if you tell her, there is a possibility she will do the same.

If no then just dump the extra girl and go with your gf
Are you in love with your gf? if yes then leave the extra an don't tell and just stay with her
If no and you are not in love with your secret lover either dump them, both and give yourself some time to heal

Yes, and if it's that easy for you to cheat you need to leave her, but it doesn't matter. By the time you tell her you're a big cheater you won't have anyone to leave.
