It is orange with lot of different size black spot but you can still see alot of the orange. It doesn't have a bump on the nose.

Its hard to tell, as most "African Cichlids" that are in a mixed tank are mutts....a mix of several different breeds. However, yours sounds like a OB morph Zebra Cichlid. Not a firemouth....whomever said that wasnt paying attention. Firemouths are greenish with an orange throat....and are SOUTH AMERICAN cichlids. Same with Oscars...which are also primarily black.
