Jealousy is an ugly tool.
He is getting some, your not.
He hates her and is “still taking advantage of her?”
You to should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
You want her to move?
Then buy out her portion to the lease.
Yes that’s right, if she pays you $300 a month and she has 10 months to go, then you both pay her $3000 so she can establish herself in a new place without being used like a whore!

Legally, you can give her a 30 day notice to move and you do not have to put on the notice the reason for you wanting her out; you do not even have to tell her why you want her out. If she does not leave in 30 days, then you can have her evicted; you will have to go to court; when the eviction goes through, change the locks, inventory EVERYTHING (pens, pencils, bobby pins, etc.) that she has, box it up and put it in storage if she hasn't moved it out. Anything that she leaves behind, do the same thing with and store it somewhere for thirty days, sending her a certified letter that she has to sign for that you are storing it and that in 30 days from the time she receives the letter you will dispose of it. Make copies of the 30 day notice, the eviction papers, the 30 day notice of storage, and the inventory sheet of her things. If she farts the wrong way within that 30 days notice timeline, document it. Document everything she says and does with the date, the time she said or did something and what she said or did. This is called Cover Your ***, because sure as God made Eden, she will come back and sue your butt or cause trouble if you don't have proof. And when you go for the eviction, if it gets that far, make sure you take the documentation you wrote on her, even tape recordings, as long as you let her know you are taping her. This is the legal way to do it without getting the landlord involved.
Good luck. Oh, and take pictures of any damage she does to any part of the place you are living in, with dates on the pictures, so that you can use them as evidence also, not only with the courts, but with the landlord if and when you do move out.

sounds like YOU and your friend need to move--
if you are not on the lease then inform the girl that you will be moving in 60-90 days (give an exact date and put it in writing) and pursue other living arrangements. Inform the landlord 30 days before you leave and let the landlord know you would be willing to sign a separate lease if the girl does move before your move out date.
When you leave--TAKE PICTURES OF THE CONDITION YOU LEFT THE APARTMENT IN SO SHE CAN'T COME BACK AND TRY TO SUE YOU FOR "DAMAGES" AFTER THE FACT.
by giving an exact date to the girl she has time to make other arrangements to cover the rent when you leave--she may however do damage of her own to your stuff so once again take pictures of everything BEFORE the move out talk with her and make sure she is aware of the pictures.
some chicks are just nuts--but then again so are some men.
good luck

If her name is on the lease, there is really nothing you can do. I would suggest talking to the landlord and see if there is any way for you to get out of the lease. You may be stuck!!
Contact an attorney if necessary! There may be something that can be done to break the lease.
If nothing else...LEARN from you mistake!!!! Never have a girl move in with you unless you are in a serious relationship with her! It never works out well! Good luck to you!

First craiglists doesn't help anybody put perverts out. Either because they want sex with them or at least try to, or because women tend to be more cleaner and organized and the guy is too lazy too (basically like a maid). If it were for any sex, then it might be a different story, but still the day and age we live in you have to always watch your back. And like 99 percent of the time if it looks suspicious more than likely it is, especially coming from craigslist haha, Just be careful

i think...
the easiest way to get rid of someone is to raise the rent on them..
tell her that she is not doing her fair share around the house/apartment or whatever you have...then tell her that she'll be required to pay a reasonable amount more..
she wont like it and will be forced to get out..
it sounds like you dont care about being her friend afterwards but this way might not make such hard feelings of just telling her you hate her guts...
also...u can add in that if u wanna keep the pet illegally?! then ull have to be paying more...
or just tell her that the landlord saw the pet and wants her out...
i hope this helps!

the landlord probably won't do that .Tell the landlord without her finding out that she has a pet which us not allowed and frame her for donig stuff that she didn't do like breakin windows or flushing pads down the toilet. Or you could steal the money she is going to use to pay rent and get her kicked out. If that does'nt work you move out. if its that bad, a new place is'nt such a bad idea

Okay, you sound a prettty nice guy who you and your best friend seems to be letting this chick ruin your world. Absolutley not give in. This sounds too me this is a very unhealthy life style for all. Get an eviction thru the courts. Ask the manager to have her removed because she refuses to remove the pet...And exspesss the impotance of your wanting to remain there at your home. Its your stabilty! Good luck and may all go your way. It will...Be patient!

Hate to say this, but it sounds as though she's there for the duration of the lease. Maybe she could be persuaded to go if she had some BETTER place to go. Apartment-hunt for her and see if you can come up with something. Sorry about your bad luck -- lousy roommate situations suck.
