If any of you have been there or live/lived there what was it like in the fall? I am trying to write a short story taking place in Salem in mid-november time frame. Can you help me out?

I'm from the Peabody, which is right next to Salem. Salem is cool and rains a lot in the fall. The traffic is ridiculous in October because of all of the Halloween related tourists, and all of the "haunted happenings" (halloween activities) around the city. All in all Salem is a normal new england town like the last person said.

Keep in mind that no "witches" were ever killed in Salem. A few were convicted in Salem, but they never were killed there.

Salem Ma is just like any other New England town in the fall. The whole witch thing is just a bunch of bullshit, witches should be killed.
