as far as i've ever been able to do it, you need to have the item "light ball"
to get the light ball, you will find it, VERY rarely, attached to wild pikachu in either ruby or sapphire. - they are found in the safari zone.
after you get the lightball, you need to breed your pikachu, and have the pikachu hold the item while being raised by the sitters.
when the baby pichu is born, it will have the move 'volt tackle"

Take out Zapdos. Replace with a Pichu with Volt Tackle. People think Pichu sucks! With Volt Tackle he is indestructable! Take out Golem for Alakazam, you could always teach Snorlax Earthquake. You also have too many flying pokemon on your team (3) but hey thats my opinion.

You seem to have a good range of pokemon but if i were to rid ur tam of a pokemon i would go for dragonair or snorlax because you have a charizard and that can replace a dragonair and snorlax because normal pokemon don't realy have a huge use apart from good strength and their HM's so just an idea hope it all goes well

Ok go to Island 2 then on the cape there is a house, go into the house (or maybe the lady is outside my memory is short). There is only 1 lady so talk to her, after that she will ask you which pokemon to look at, if you want volt tackle, then do on a electric pokemon, Raichu is a good selection. After looking at Raichu, she will say that she will teach that move to Raichu.
