I dont think they lose another game in all of 2006. In fact I'd bet on it.

You mean next year? Possibly. Like the Yankees,they need to add a couple of arms to the rotation. I think they are wasting Heilman in the bullpen, so they need to move him out. Also, it would help if Wright had a better second half next year. The Home Run Derby is not good for a player's swing. Look at Abreu. He won it in 2005, and his power was just beginning to come back last this season. Wright had 22 HR at the break and just 4 afteward.
I think the Mets will win the division, but the pitching needs work, as it does with most other teams. I am so sick of seeing mediocre teams with one or two good pitchers sneaking into the playoffs and winning because of that.

I don't think they will win the pennant. Their pitching staff - in my opinion - is not that good compared to the other NL teams. If they are to win, they have to improve their pitching. How could Traschel gave up a home run to Suppan? He should have a K written all over it. Other than the pitching staff, Mets are great, especially Jose Reyes and Carlos Delgado. They're great players.

I have alreadly predicted the Mets to win the2007 Eastern division in MLB.
YES, They will win it all, next year, again.
The trouble comes up when you estimate the Mets team overall.
The Mets cannot win against the Phils, or the Cards, or the Marlins, or the Astros, in the first round.
