When do you get the dungeon Wyvern Hill.

that will give you a mission where dragon cave friend area is the reward - at the main screen when you turn on the game, go to the wondermail option, and key that in there. if you have room in your allotted jobs, it will be added to your jobs that you have, but haven't gone on. make sure that you have seven or less jobs in your jobs page.
after you get the dragon cave friend area, you can go to wyvern hill. bring two keys. on floor 20, there is a locked room with a sun ribbon inside, for turning eevee into espeon. on floor 30, there is a locked room with the HM Fly in it
my source area includes a link to a pokemonelite2000 post of mine that had several more wondermail codes in it - though you'll probably not need any of them

You have to get it from the dungeon "Wyvern Hill".
