heres the thing, when i plug it into the computer, and open up the program that downloads the photos from my phone on to my computer - they dont appear on the computer. i know that sounds weird, but usually they're all listed that are on my phone, and you can select and choose to do whatever you want with them. but its not working properly. it also says "the communication link has been broken" when i didnt do anything to it.
so what should i do?

have you tried looking in the handbook under troubleshooting? there might be some information in there. as for direct help i cannot give you any because i do not have a motorola v3. if the guidebook does not help, i suggest asking some one from motorola (if there is a troubleshooting hotline)

try looking in phone tools you may have to download it again it may have gotten corrupted had samer problem with v3i and it was aglitch in phone tools download
