George W. Bush is a war criminal, a mass murderer and a barefaced liar. He can't be charged since he is still in power. "Diplomatic Immunity". Because he lied, our troops died. Because of his arrogance and his favoritism between Shiites and Sunnis, a civil war occurred in Iraq and death among innocent people multiplied. So who is responsible for all this fiasco and death in Iraq? Bush and his Evil Team are responsible.

Tom, I commend you for asking the question. I am surprised at the answers you have received however.
Those that do not see the war crimes that have been committed have been watching only the mainstream media.
I encourage everyone to go the the White House web site and read about all the "signing statements" that President Bush has helped himself to, along with the Patriot Act, and while they are there, check out the Project For the New American Century web site.

Your question would be infinitely more intelligent if you were to take the time to list any verifiable and valid reasons why GWBush should be charged with war crimes.
The simple facts:
It was America's official policy to oust Saddam during Clinton's administration. Apparently he was too concerned with his legacy to initiate any real policy to do this. Incidentally, he was playing golf when the order to take out Osama BinLadin was being sought by the Special Forces who had his location nailed down, and he never replied back.
After 9/11, we went to war with a majority of votes from both sides of the isle. All of your representatives had the same intelligence - the Democrats and the Republicans - and they voted to oust Saddam.
Only now do they act like it's all GWBush's fault. Were they so naive to think we could remove a dictator from a country without an invasion? I don't think so.
It's really time to abandon the partisan bickering and decide on some real strategies and policies to iron out this quagmire we call the war on terror. "Cut and run" and "stay the course" are equally stupid suggestions, don't you agree? We need some new strategies and some real solutions - not more rhetoric and constant criticism.

He should be impeached for his crimes against humanity, he has cost over 2800 American lives for no reason, other than vanity to save face that his daddy started in '91. The democrat party has nothing to do with what Bush has done, nor does the Republican party...We impeached Clinton for an extra marital affair, Bush has done so much worse, has everyone forgotten that he almost gave 6 of our eastern ports to and Arab company? You think he has our best interest in mind when he does things like that? We, the people, stopped him from giving up our borders, and WE, THE PEOPLE, have to stop him before he kills this country, remember, we have two more years of his leadership, this is the worst shape this country has EVER been in, in it's entire history, it's worse now than it was after the Great Depression...and it's going to get worse.

Simple.... because he hasn't committed any. And Jimmy Carter has the dumbest president award hands down. We have the best economy and the lowest employment rate *ever*. Low interest rates, very low inflation. Under Carter we had high unemployment, high inflation, and a stagnant to declining economy.

Maybe for he same reason you should be charged for treason. Too bad we did not kick Bill Clinton out then we would not be in this mess to begin with. Now there is the dumbest excuse for a president ever.

Maybe because he hasn't committed any? Admittedly, that won't stop some people.
If he is dumb, what does that say about those he beat?
Presidents aren't "thrown out" They can only be impeached for "High crimes & misdeamenors". He hasn't committed any of those either.

Who would charge him? He hasn't lost the war. That is the reason Saddam is being tried. They couldn't arrest him until he was out of power (diplomatic immunity).

I am guessing that you have lived through three presidents. When you mature, you will see the world through different eyes. We have this wonderful life because of sacrifices of others. Just thank them and move on.

the longer he goes, the less people think about him. Let him run his course, then life should return to normal.
I don't think he's committed war crimes. That's up to the military.
