Certainly don't close your eyes.........maybe hold your breath....and don't allow yourself to be frightened in a fashion that makes you react with a jerk or pull as you are removing your bb ring.....probably hold your breath.........and if you have a religion in your background.....say a prayer asking for "Help" and then with a new found confidence do what needs to be done......otherwise be very careful and cross your toes and .........let her rip!!!!!!!!!!!!!
