No, boiling water may sterilize baby bottles but hot baths do not sterilize a woman. It is more likely to effect a man and that would only be temporary.

If that were true teenage girls would be having two hot baths a day! ;-)

Really hot baths could cause some of a man's sperm to die, but even then not all (assuming a healthy man with a normal sperm count) and it would be temporary.

And you can take hot baths when pregnant just make sure they aren't hot enough to raise your temperature and stay hydrated.

no i take hot baths all the time and i have 2 kids but don't take hot baths when your pregnant
