Ok, first of all, just to amke it clear, there is no such thing as SSJ5 Goku, well at least not in the original series, maybe only some fan made anime.
Anyway the winner would be Goku, as a Super Saiyan (there is no need for him to go higer then normal Super Saiyan). Superman is amazing but the DBZ characters just have too much power. Superman is probably equal with Goku somewhere during the Frieza Saga, and that's just the begining of Goku's strength, after that he ascends to SSJ2, SSJ3 & SSJ4. Goku would win once he goes SSJ since they would be pretty equally matched if he's in he's normal state.
